Just another year for their iconic song. not much of a celebration for it though, just an email, and some discounts from the store. 35 years ago Blue Monday was released. I believe when they first tweeted it, they said 35% discount before alas, correcting it to 15% below.
BBC 6 music gave it a three minute "feature" last weekend, with audio clps of Tony Wilson and Bernard talking about it. I couldn't help noticing how many times Bernard uses the word "I". Nemone 6 Music.The little twitter visual there reminds me of the more impressive 2ManyDJ's visuals they did with the artwork. I guess the Snake game that inspired the visuals seems almost as retro as BM. Maybe more so?

I liked the Hardfloor remix, but every other mix on that cd that came with The Rest Of were pretty terrible.
