So no, it wasn't originally released as all together.You had to get the sleeve and then each 7" single bit by bit. Back in the days... This single is one of the worst NO release. A lot of mixes have never been officially released on CD. I can't still believe there was only some poor edits released on 7"... I won that slipcase too ! I sent money for covering the charges but Spotnick never found the time to send it to me
