Hi,
Throughout the whole turbulent history of everything, Mr.Erasmus seems to be quite an enigma.
Director of Factory, Hacienda, flat used as offices etc.
Of all the players in this story, I've met and chatted to all of them, but not him.
Anyone have any anecdotes/stories about Alan?
Seems like he deserves more recognition than he gets.

Great shout. Saw him at the recent Apollo gig, he knew he'd been spotted as I was walking past him & he couldn't help smiling. Time before that was a couple of years ago at the Shadowplayers book launch in London. Erasmus was leaving as I was walking in and that was about an hour before the talk, so it was like he was purposely avoiding the main throng. Erasmus did agree to be interviewed by James Nice for Shadowplayers but restricted questions to one area only - AHW. Oliver Wilson talks briefly about Erasmus in a recent interview he gave GQ.
