É a capa do 12" de "Everything's Gone Green", lançado em 1981 pela Factory Benelux (representante da Factory Records na Bélgica, Holanda e Luxemburgo) sob código de catálogo FBN-8, com "Cries and Whispers" (tocada no show de ontem) e "Mesh" no Lado B (só que com os títulos trocados na contra-capa), relançado em CD na década de 1990. A imagem usada na capa foi criada em computador por Gillian Gilbert e Stephen Morris. |
