Fair play to Pixies last Sunday night at Victoria Pk, London. Due on at 9pm. Crowd ready at 8.55? Ok, on we go. No fucking about. A few other artists could take a leaf out of their book. I hate being left waiting by a band for no good reason. Third song in. This.

An opportunity to embed Vimeo since Nic updated the site. If we could embed Soundcloud too that would be reaaally nice. From about 2.30 for Prydz 'battle weapon' version of BM If the visuals are a bit too vacuously smug, then Youtube is your friend.

Had long forgotten this til recently.The Official FIFA World Cup Anthem by Vangelis for the Japan/ South Korea tournament in 2002.Brings back memories of being in London and watching with many Brazilians in a pub Cafu lifting the trophy in Yokahoma for Brazil after they defeated Germany 2-0.What a difference 12 years makes.Heartbroken for Brazil the other night though i felt before the game they would lose because they'd been ordinary and lucky all through the tournament this time. Never thought for a moment it'd be 7-1 though.
