Just got a copy of blue monday , the sleeve is just black with patterns down the side , I was wondering if this sleeve was re released after the floppy disk disaster or if it was the inner sleeve for the original cover? Edited by user 28 July 2015 06:23:24(UTC)

The original was 8 inches in diameter and could be read only in a Floppy Disk Drive.

That seems to be just the inner sleeve. Even the versions without cutout holes had them printed in grey color.

From memory: 1st Pressing: Die cut (floppy disk) outer with plain silver inner sleeve. 2nd Pressing: Die cut (floppy disk) outer with glossy black inner sleeve. 3rd Pressing (yours): Black sleeve with colour code but without die cutting. Edited by user 27 July 2015 23:24:11(UTC)
