??? There was a thread with a link to a new ( i think) interview with Peter Saville about the 89 US tour programme 'Untitled' I read a bit of it earlier today but was at work.On here tonight to read it in full but it's disappeared.I do have a copy of the thing but was interested the interview with Saville. The small bit i did manage to read was good stuff.Any reason for the thread's deletion? Bit odd.The original poster ( can't recall who it was) deleted it?

Interviewer: "You missed the deadline didn’t you?"
Saville: "Yes, of course, ironically, it was late. I just carried on working on it because I didn’t think it was finished"
What's ironic about Saville missing the deadline? That's what he always did, 'typically' would be more apt.
I understand it remains a lot more entertaining reading about Peter's exploits and his philosophy than it is extracting an output from him.
Tour Manager 'Andy Robertson' will be delighted with that name check too.

Being generous I think we can safely assume that the interview was conducted over the phone or transcribed later so the Robertson/Robinson confusion is understandable.
I hate that bullshit about hashtags though, he'll be claiming that he invented digital photo editing next. The 'hash' symbol signifies 'number' (indeed, it is used as such in this very forum) and in Untitled I'm pretty sure that it represents an abbreviation for 'page number'. To pretend, with hindsight, that it is anything more than that is stretching things just a little too far.
To be fair, it really bugs me when people say 'hashtag' when what they really mean is 'number symbol' or 'hash' but then, I'm very sensitive to that kind of thing.
On a related note, I've got a copy of Untitled and I'm guessing I must have bought it at Reading '89 does anybody know exactly how many were produced?

So is the current batch of 'new from tour overstock' Untitled books for sale on eBay legit?

I have no idea why - I've emailed the webmaster contact addy but the account is still suspended... presumably the post was deleted when the account was suspended. I can't speak for any other mods currently active on NOOL but I only know of one spam account which was suspended a day or two ago; it had 1 post and was flogging kitchens in Buy/Trade/Sell. Let me look into your mmh account to see if I can reinstate it. I remember reading the Untitled/Saville interview thread also and there was no reason as to why it should have been removed unless the original interviewer objected to it being reproduced here. Leave it with me. Update: Try your mmh account now. I'm not sure why but it was suspended until 2298 (!) I've just revoked that suspension. Unfortunately the original thread is not retrievable. I think that was cheaper than they were sold for on tour. I could be wrong -- I was poor then, so I never bought anything at concerts.

Got hold of a copy back in autumn 1989 i think it was through an ad in NME.One pic that always puzzled me was/is #14 - i think it's listed as Hooky but looks nothing like him, it looks like a girl (pic of someone in leather jacket holding up the two walkie talkie things to the mic)
