Not a bean my end. In fairness they do state "notified by email by Friday 25th September".

I also tried to pull a fast one by by-passing the process and getting tickets via a 6 Music presenter I know, who can usually get pretty much anything, but seems the BBC are rather strict these days on such matters :-(

The BBC over subscribe basically so unless you get there early you are not guaranteed to get in even if you have a ticket!

And indeed I have found an email I got from the BBC which confirmed that date. No joy for me then I'm afraid. Anyone else?

I know of at least one other person that got an e-mail saying they weren't successful. At the very least I'm going to try and make sure it gets recorded onto my PC's media centre so I can knock up a decent audio of the performance.
