A UK number 2 position is a great result and they really couldn't have done more. These days the "pop charts" tend to favour a younger audience buying the stuff.
I noticed that Music Complete sold more copies on the physical chart than Disclosure and Chvrches but fell short on the downloads chart (3). On the streaming chart they where way down at No 54 where as disclosure was No1.
All these charts count towards the final one and I dare some of the Disclosure fans never even bothered to buy it. The whole thing is bollocks if you ask me.

Yesterday in HMV on what must be my first visit this year, I noticed the vinyl of MC has a 12 page booklet enclosed with it and of course the download as well. No mention of this with the CD - which I didn’t buy yet, even though I would I would like a physical version of it, just in case it comes out again later with a disc(s) of remixes. Even better, would be with any videos as well. Admittedly this would probably require at least 3 discs maybe more - but why should that be a problem? Still way less space than the vinyl. I can dream.

I haven't bought the vinyl but i guess the 12 page booklet is just the same images taht are in the CD booklet.I'd hazard a guess also that 6 of 12 the pages are blank !

Here in Oz the album has entered the charts at 20, which given what surrounds it - is a shining light in a sea of horrible. Kids these days... Only a slight detour required from Hong Kong then...

Looking at the official charts top 40 vinyl, it seems the album has shot back up to no. 3 from 36.
