This sounds interesting. I wonder what this is is leading to?

Stephen messing around like this brought us BM!

That's an outtake from a session Factory Floor did in Stephen and Gillian's studio: SingularityNewOrder

I didn't know Steven & Gillian worked with Factory Floor, it makes all their compliments seem disingenuous now. They were praising their own material all along.
Disguising self promotion.

You are confusing your ignorance for some imagined sense of their deceit.

They've never hidden their closeness to FF, check out the excellent Swing project CD for a start.

I'm very glad that FF are playing the Sunday night at WHP. Amazing line up that night.

A small number of us got excited (well, I did) when The Other Two under the name Gillian & Stephen released Swing as a 12" with a CD single of remixes by Factory Floor chucked inside the 12" sleeve in 2011.
I guess it was discussed in Music For Pleasure, probably on the 'old' forum (the new forum started in 2012 didn't it?).
It was available from recordstore.co.uk and initial quantities were signed. (DISCOGS)

It had previously (2010) been available as a 12" only from the exhibition in France that it was created for.

I also reckon THIS VIDEO may have borrowed an idea from Round & Round.

You can listen to Swing in it's various forms HERE. I like Gabe's mix best myself; it makes Stephens voice sound amazing.

Steve and Gillian were already fans. Factory Floor we're flattered and asked Steve and Gillian to do a remix of one of their early tracks.nthey then returned the favour on The Swing project.

There's no self promotion they genuinely like FF and so do I. Really pleased acts like FF are an influence rather than a lot of dodgy so called house producers. Steve and Gillian have excellent music (imo)

I recently dug up the SWING vinyl ( finally opened up that sealed EP after sitting on the rack for yonks....) and listened to the CD remixes in there, I thought most of the tracks have similar vibe to 'Stray Dog'....so really shows that it is very much a Morris-Gilbert track.
what a tutti frutti world of colours!!!
