Apologies if this has been discussed a million times already but I'm new to these forums...is there a definitive guide anywhere, perhaps among these very forums, detailing how best to identify the "fixed" versions of the Collectors' Editions without the numerous issues that were apparent upon first release, or at least the best versions with a list of the problems still outstanding? I'm thinking dates, catalogue numbers and other markings? Just a link to the topic would be fine (wasn't sure of the best search criteria to use). Cheers!

The catalogue numbers are all the same bar some CD matrix differences... a quick summary... If you buy one from a reputable seller in this day and age I.e. Amazon, then you're almost certainly guaranteed to get a fixed version. If you buy one second hand from Ebay or another reseller and it has a stickered clear plastic slipcase then you could end up with a defective older one. The defective ones have been out of circulation for close to eight years now and I'd be very surprised if anyone bought one (new) now. Edited by user 12 December 2016 09:12:41(UTC)
