Oh boy, this isn't going to go down well in court. I understand he's angry, but really... this is the kind of stuff that will lose him that court case.

Hese very angry , acting on advice that he knows he might not win on , why he thinks hese due 25% of turnover going forward when he don't contribute is wholly unrealistic any one who was at MIF knows the Order just got better and Hooky does make a fair point that the 98 /07 reunion left them not so unique in sound though again Music compleate does.

There's been loads of threads about the court case, but at best he'll get 5% of current earnings and his costs paid, which is what... only 3 times what he currently gets from their current touring income.

Also, he appears to be paid in full for everything historically (songwriting, records, and so on) . It's grown men fighting over beans. He gets a decent wedge from touring The Light anyway.

Bad slow internet won't allow me to access , but if I were Phil I guess I'd be inclined to call peter a mooncalf or a jabbernow, before ignoring him

I don't think they get anything for the live shows as he is using The Light name. Also I doubt they get anything for the live CD's as once again it's The Light playing new order. Just the same if Bad Leitenant played new order songs. It's the use of the name ZnewOrder that is valuabl and all four had equal rights...I could be wrong so wrong I could be right
