got the book and the cd today. the cd is pretty plain, and nothing of interest really - new order - restless is on there, theres something by cabaret voltaire and erasure also.
the book is autographed by daniel miller, which is a nice touch.
the book is great, 300+ pages, on a great stock, and a cool flexible binding.
pretty much every era from the late 70's up until now is covered, all the major groups have sections.
there's a lot of depeche mode in there of course.
my only complaint is that groups that have a lot of material, and singles, get a very small compressed look at the singles,
only some major releases from each group get a page or two devoted to those.
considering how much material there is, it's a very good overview.
i haven't read all the text, but skimmed through it.
there is very little new order content, besides 2 pages of the artwork from music complete, and thats about it.
well worth getting for music fans that like the mute label, and art fans.
