I don't think that's too much to ask. I'm SURE there must be gigs we've no idea were recorded, like the Peppermint Lounge footage or the Glasto '81 footage that we were treated to back in 2008.
For a start, I would imagine that most Haçienda gigs were filmed in their entirety, as we've seen quite a bit footage from these gigs (A Factory Outing & Movement Definitive ('83), OGWT ('85), bootlegs of '86 and '87 etc.). Being the band's own club, there's every likelihood that they filmed them.

The only other PRO ones from the above eras that I know of are:
Melbourne '82 (bootlegged amongst fans)
Cork '83 (two tracks released on Glasgow DVD; there's bound to be other footage)
Music For Miners '84 (rehearsal footage exists and has been circulated amongst fans; again, there's bound to be footage of the gig)
Rotterdam '85 (four tracks released on Glasgow DVD; there's bound to be other footage)
GMEX '86 (footage of 'Ceremony' with Ian McCulloch was shown on a programme in 1988)
Red Rocks '89 (footage of Touched By The Hand Of God exists, so there might be other songs)
Chicago '93 (the alternate 'World' video used shots from this gig)
