I preordered ∑(No,12k,Lg,17Mif) through the link on the band's site. It showed a shipping date of the 11th, but currently still shows as being processed. I opened a ticket with customer service and they promised to get back to me within 2 days, which they haven't done. Email receipt says Mute Bank, fulfillment through Music Glue (which I've never heard of). Is anyone else experiencing a delayed shipment? Edited by user 17 July 2019 10:36:10(UTC)

Commiserations - I'm having almost exactly the same problems with my pre-order here in the UK, if that's any consolation. Will be chasing it up (again) tomorrow.

Is anyone else experiencing a delayed shipment? I've had issues in the past so I ordered it through Amazon, knowing I wouldn't have it on the day of release. There was a point where I received notice that it would arrive between July 16th and 30th. That was alarming. Then it arrived the 16th! edit: This was for the CD set, by the way. I received the following reply: "Thank you for your patience - I am sorry to hear this still hasn't arrived.
I checked your account and I can see the details of the Seller and their chosen warehouse. The warehouse is still waiting to receive the stock and doesn't have an update on it yet.

Someone on the closed Facebook group that's simply called New Order said they have been given a date of 27th of September by Amazon. Not sure what country they are in or what format they ordered. Perhaps a record shop might be easier?

My Record Store CD arrived on day of release. The second copy I ordered for a mate through Amazon is yet to ship - though they have let me download the Autorip.

If anyone is looking for alternative shops to get this from, I ordered from SuperDeluxeEdition. Had never used them before, but got mine the day before release, so no complaints from me. Mine was supposedly shipped by Rough Trade on the 10th - two days before release which is interesting. No sign of in Oz as yet :(

I received a second email from Music Glue saying the vinyl release date is pushed to August 2.
