I was wondering how many official studioo versions of Blue monday/The beach (1983) are there, thanks! - Blue Monday - 7:29 - The Beach - 7:22 - Blue Monday (Instrumental Outtake) (Album Session Recording, January 1983) - 7:19 Official edited versions - Blue Monday - Video Edit UK 1985 (Factory FACT 136) - 4:42 - Blue Monday - Polish 7" - 5:04

Plus a rumoured 25 or so copies of a 7" edit that was never released and I don't believe has ever materialised anywhere physically or online.

I was able to spot all the subtle differences at first listen ... I can't believe how I lived the last 12 years completely unaware of this version existence, thanks!.

It seems that well known electronic musician/DJ Nicolas Jaar did an album of re-edits back in 2010: Discogs. And one of those was The Beach. This has it's moments.
