No I haven't been hacked.
I guess I could have just used the NO Spotting thread, but I really wanted to make the above pronouncement. In April.
And if someone can start a thread about 5 Seconds of Summer's "Teeth" getting a NO writing credit, then y'know...

I was looking through songs that aren't obviously by NO/JD but still give them writing credits, and I found...a unicorn!

We know about Rhianna's Shut Up And Drive giving NO a credit due to the use of BM chords, and tangentially we know about the above mentioned "teeth" that appears to have no actual NO in it.
But do we know about the Christmas Unicorn with these writing credits?

Yes it's another go at the Pump Panel Reconstruction of Confusion, with zero original Confusion in it. This is, I would suggest marginally better than Operation Blade (not hard really).

The Wolfpack

BTW, does anyone know about these tracks credited purely to Bernard (and BTW Bernard often comes up as Dickin rather than Sumner on stuff as "recent" as the Get Ready album and WFTSC).

Dicken?

If those are actual credits, that's now how he spelled his name at the time. There's an "E" in it (har har).

I believe Dickin is actually correct. He went by his mother's name Sumner originally but switched to his stepfather's name when his mother married Jimmy Dickin.

There's a similar situation with Hooky:

He was born Peter Woodhead but took Hook from his stepfather when his mom remarried.

Imagine if that hadn't happened - we might be referring to him as Woody!

I’ve read somewhere that his school friends took the piss out of him for the name ‘Dickin’ so decided to spell it ‘Dicken’, which he considered less comical.

I can’t really see much difference myself, and I guess he didn’t in the end, with him changing it completely to ‘Albrecht’.

I guess he could have had a double barrelled name, like Monkhouse-Chisholm. I've seen him credited as Summer, Albrecht and Dickin. According to Smash Hits, so it must be true, it's cos he is a tad batty about the brain.
What do you call an American who bonks his kid? Dickinson.
Slightly off topic, but I remember when my ex Betty Boo sampled Lady Madonna in On My Way and included Lennon-McCartney in the credits. What an honour.
