It looks like Gillian and Stephen's daughter Tilly features on the cover of Gabe Gurnsey's forthcoming second album... The press release on the Bleep entry, notes Tilly's involvement. For those unaware, Gabe Gurnsey is a member of Factory Floor and previously remixed Gillian and Stephen's "Swing" project. Stephen and Gabe also appear to have played with military vehicles together. -Mike Edited by user 24 May 2022 09:57:07(UTC)

I saw this release but didn’t click this was Steve and Gillian’s daughter. The lead track promoting the album so great, one definitely worth checking out. I really liked the early factory floor stuff, when they used acoustic drums as well as drum machines.

To The Room is most up my street out of those . Tilly looks to me in that pic in Erol Alkan's tweet a bit like early 90s Emma of Lush . Edited by user 05 September 2022 12:10:46(UTC)

Pretty decent stuff.
As I'm not really into this sort of dance music, it probably won't be something I'll listen to too much. But I like it and will probably give it some further listens.
Glad she's carrying on the family tradition.

I loved the stuff he did in Factory Floor, and really liked his first solo album but I saw him doing an opening set for Doves at Somerset House in 2019 and without the live drums it all sounded a bit one note but I'll wait and see what the new album is like.

Sounds a lot better than both bands she's been in...although not sure if they just changed their name from hot vestry to the grimm twins if memory serves me right?
Was on the bill at both jodrell bank gigs
