Good News! Looks like Dec Hickey’s magnificent ‘From Heaven To Heaven’ book is going to be reissued, along with a 7” containing a previously unheard 1983 interview with Bernard. Slipcased too! If you missed it before, now’s your chance to own a copy (and at a much cheaper price than you’d pay for a used copy on eBay). If you’ve never read it, I strongly advise that you buy it. It is the Definitive book on the band, IMO. Gorgeous photos, wonderful ‘insider’ accounts. A real labour of love for the band. https://www.roughtrade.c...1-1984-at-close-quarters

Awesome book, the best I've ever read on a band.

Not got a copy yet, but looks like the "previously unheard" interview is actually the unedited tape of the interview from the Rorschach Testing fanzine

Although, sadly, the slipcase got a bit of a 'ding' during transit. Yeah - the interview is the one from Rorschach Testing recorded backstage at the Bournemouth gig on 02/12/83. I think, it isn't quite complete though (going on memory from one of Dec's Facebook posts). It's a great interview and there's genuine warmth between the two men.
