Hello, I've registered here hoping someone can help me find what I am looking for... I'm searching for some of those harder to find CDr promos that don't seem to be available for sale anywhere. http://www.discogs.com/N...etstream/release/3857762http://www.discogs.com/N...use-Mixes/release/849400http://www.discogs.com/N...er-Sirens/release/859923http://www.discogs.com/N...rens-Call/release/838265http://www.discogs.com/N...he-Sirens/release/859960[Not in Discogs] True Faith- Morel mixes CDr with the "Fear Of Dub" version I know anyone can find most of these MP3's all over the net but I am looking for lossless audio from CD sources. Now I understand the supply for these is low and I am not extremely loaded or anything but I could probably buy this at their "market value" whatever that may be. If you can help me find what I'm searching for please send me a PM or reply. Thank you! Bert Edited by user 30 October 2012 12:25:44(UTC)

Thanks to London, Warner or whoever they are (bastards) to have made them available world wide! It was so nice to release a WFTSC 3*7" set. |

It looks real to me, however it looks like a CDr burned by the management company of the remixers rather than something from London/Warner As for the True Faith CDr, it looks somewhat fishy, but all of the discography sites list it. Does anyone know what the market value of these would be if they were to be sold? 50$? 100$? 500?

All of these CDrs - and they are real - were manufactured in extremely limited numbers. The most common one would probably be Planet Funk and even that's rare enough. I've not seen an Electro House Mixes CDr on Ebay for years now. Edited by user 31 October 2012 07:36:53(UTC)

the rest £100+ I would say the Ornadel Management 5 track CDr is worth the most out of that lot considering it has both Asle mixes, the Filterheadz remix (which was on 12x12") and a further two completely unreleased mixes. The highest I saw a Planet Funk CDr go for was £92 some years ago. I think it's worth noting that most of these remixes aren't actually all that good with the exception of WFTSC Planet Funk which is lovely. Edited by user 31 October 2012 08:28:14(UTC)

I would have guessed the Ornadel disc isn't really much in circulation at all (like ~10 copies most of which won't ever be sold), it looks more like a remix reel type of thing remixers/managers send to labels rather than a promo. Were those actually sent to DJs?
I agree the Planet Funk is the best one, glad to hear that'll probably be the least esxpensive. I did snatch the "Guild" DMD Consumer with the remix edits very cheap on ebay recently, so that one's off the list :)

Bertrand wrote:[Not in Discogs] True Faith- Morel mixes CDr with the "Fear Of Dub" version http://www.discogs.com/N...rue-Faith/release/263572I have a copy of this. Chatted with Rich recently, and he did a couple more mixes that weren't submitted for consideration. If he can find the source DAT, he's going to send them to me.

Have that one too, actually it's a properly pressed glass CD and not a CDr, despite what the catalog number may suggest. The one I'm wondering about is this: http://www.niagara.edu/n.../graphics/tf2k1morel.jpgBTW I have access to a DAT player if you or Rich don't, it's been very handy in this type of situation before!
