Watched all the videos now.
Of course, I've always loved 'everythings gone green', 'ceremony', and 'dreams never end'.
But every version of 'hurt' was great. All of them have a nice long intro, and midsection,
with lots of great bass, and improvs.
I think they had the most fun playing that song at each concert.

I have got around to listening to the CDs of my Xmas present - Movement sounds way better than I remember, can listen to it all the way through instead of just DNE and ICB. Vocals way clearer and music has more texture and body.
Bonus - we ae getting the loft done and when I cleared out all the crap I found the remnants of my once proud vinyl collection (2000 records sold at the bottom of the market in March 1992 for less than a $1 a disc - took the first offer I received - unbelievable!) - it turns out I had retained 3 NO 12"s - Ceremony blue and green and EGG plus 2 x Komakino flexis and NZ pressing of Transmission (#486 of …?) plus Stockholm May 1981 bootleg (Radio Order?) all in VG++ condition. And some v rare NZ postpunk singles worth $200 each according to Discogs.
Result! Better get a Rega Planar 3.
IMNSHO if in doubt I would say get the boxset. Haven't read the book or watched the DVD yet - incidentally mine says NTSC format - is that right???

Cheers Debaser, but I do think its a Rega 3/RB330/Elys, when I get the dosh, plus the electronic speed changer - don't worry I'm skint as ever, it doesn't hurt to window shop (says me, anticipating some kind of legacy when the olds finally pop their clogs).
I never had the NZ red vinyl edition of BM, just the standard ratty old black one without diecut cover. I'll keep an eye out next time I am in the Old Country (at said parent's funeral no doubt)...
