'Original bassist Peter Hook, who had been with New Order since 1980, was gone.' REALLY? 'Ian Curtis committed suicide.' Oh NO! The Internet. Illuminating people all over the world. I think it's cool people still talk about JD in NO interviews. They were around for about 3 and a half years and ended in 1980 - NO have been around, on and off, for 36 years. Does this mean JD were awesome or NO aren't? Who knows? Who cares?
