Ah, yes. I made a mistake. It was Monaco, not Revenge.
I had it labelled incorrectly.
I've seen it reported on the internet (here, for example:
http://www.worldinmotion...ping/manuel_caviglia.htm) that the gig was filmed, but only the first three tracks.
Maybe the bootlegger got fed up after the 'singing' issues you mentioned. I guess, back in '97, video cameras were fairly hefty devices. I wouldn't be surprised if the cameraman got tired after a few songs.
Glad I'm not the only fan of Revenge. I like quite a few of their tracks; Jesus, I Love You, Pineapple Face, Big Bang, Slave, 14K and all four tracks on Gun World Porn.
But, yeah, I probably liked Electronic more.
Well, certainly the first LP, which I bloody loved at the time and, to me, it still has a wonderful nostalgia element whenever I listen to it.
I wasn't that struck on either of the other two Electronic LPs though.
I never really got into 'Twisted Tenderness', as I was kind 'off' New Order (and related bands) at the time, although it doesn't sound too bad to me nowadays.
Raise The Pressure, I think, is easily the weakest of the three LPs and I found it quite bland, even at the time. I did play it a lot at the time, but can hardly remember how any of the songs go anymore. I will say that 'For You' is a lovely track though, and one I play every so often.
